Compton Gardens is our largest retirement village, and the fourth largest in Queensland, with 274 independent living units and 28 serviced apartments.

The independent living units are positioned into neighbourhoods, which fosters a true community spirit. Our residents have a strong sense of neighbourhood pride and camaraderie within the village itself.

Accommodation ranges from studio to 3 bedroom independent living units, 1 bedroom flexi apartments, and studio or 1 bedroom serviced apartments
A registered nurse is located onsite, with our emergency call system monitored 24 hours a day. A security guard also patrols the village each night. These services give our residents greater peace of mind.
Our own restaurant is located within the village, providing meals to our serviced apartment residents. It is also open daily to all residents for lunch and certain evenings throughout the month and special occasions.

Many of our residents are keen gardeners - which is evident by the many colourful gardens. The village's northern perimeter boasts a much sought after aspect, bordered by parklands and Cabbage Tree Creek.
