As one of the largest private providers in Queensland, TriCare owns and operates 13 high and 4 low care residences throughout south east Queensland.
TriCare residences offer a welcoming and friendly environment with attractive grounds and recreational areas, diversional therapy programs and regular outings for residents. Staff have been selected and are trained for professional expertise and people skills, and are dedicated to meeting our residents' needs.
Residents are provided with all meals, laundry, nursing and personal care as well as associated services including physiotherapy and social activities. Our facilities deliver care and services which are resident focused, promoting an environment where independence, dignity and individual respect are paramount.
Resident care programs and activities are designed to incorporate as many resident preferences as possible. Individual assessments are completed on admission and periodically throughout the period of occupancy.
Our Quality Assurance Program includes regular mail outs of questionnaires which can be completed anonymously.
Respite care is offered at most TriCare aged care residences. This service provides short term accommodation at one of TriCare's residences for up to 63 days in any financial year.
