Care Options
TriCare's home care services provide quality in-home care and assistance to the elderly. This allows our clients to maintain their health and well-being whilst remaining and living longer in their own homes.
Through the Federal Government's Home and Community Care (HACC) program, we provide assistance to those eligible at the Sunshine Coast and in the southern suburbs of Brisbane under these schemes.
The following services are provided by our professional and qualified team:
- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Respite Care
- Provision of meals
- Gardening
- Minor home maintenance
For those who may not be able to access Government funded programs, our services are also provided on a pay-for-service basis. Care and assistance can be tailored to meet individual needs whilst also being provided on a short or long-term basis.
