Accounts Payable Office (PT)

Established for 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s largest private owners and managers of retirement communities and aged care residences.

TriCare’s Mt Gravatt Head Office is seeking a part time Accounts Payable Officer (30.4hrs per week) to join the Accounting Services Division.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader you will be responsible for the following duties:-

  • High volume data entry and processing of invoices
  • Maintaining and reconciling allocated supplier accounts
  • Payment of supplier accounts via EFT’s, BPay & cheques
  • Undertaking end-of-month procedures, reports and reconciliations
  • Handling daily Accounts Payable emails, mail & distribution
  • Responding to enquiries from suppliers and other divisions
  • Maintaining accounts payable procedures and processes

Your demonstrated Accounts Payable capabilities include:-

  • a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • working knowledge of Epicor (considered favourably) as well as Redmap or similar Automated system
  • a high level of customer service skills
  • the ability to work to deadlines
  • excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • good organization and time management skills
  • efficient numerical and data entry skills
