Marketing Specialist

Established for over 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s largest private owners and managers of retirement communities and aged care services.

TriCare is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to be based at its head office in Mount Gravatt, on Brisbane’s Southside on a 12-month contract with the possibility to become permanent. A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will have a key role in driving and delivering our end-to-end marketing strategy whilst focusing on our digital presence.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from development through design, implementation, delivery and reporting
  • Assist with email marketing, segmentation and automation. Create A/B tests to evaluate and optimise campaign performances
  • Organise and create advertising and marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures and posters
  • Manage social media channels, blog and ads on third-party websites
  • Curate and create content that engages, informs, and motivates our targeted audience for use in email marketing, TriCare website, social media platforms, print media, events and homes for sale advertising
  • Assist with events and other sales activities (open days, expos, community engagement events) by organising the promotions, gifts, advertising, marketing collateral, etc
  • Prepare data to assist with reporting on ROI for campaigns and promotions

The successful candidate will be creative and proactive and have a combination of skills and experience in digital advertising, local marketing, copywriting and graphic design.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing, inbound marketing, EDM, SEO, SEM and SMM strategies
  • Be a problem solver and comfortable in implementing and maintaining various marketing campaigns, and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. 
  • Able to work independently but also be collaborative by nature.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and SEM implementation and Hubspot will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in aged care, retirement or real estate is preferable
  • Impactful communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
