Location: Head Office – Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role:
TriCare is seeking an experienced and driven Retirement Living Manager to oversee the operations of nine retirement communities across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. This hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring the daily success of each community, supporting over 1,000 independent living units and serviced apartments.

You will have overall responsibility for operational performance, financial outcomes, home care delivery, resident satisfaction, unit resales and people management.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in proactive people and operational management
  • Strong management, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to manage budgets and performance
  • Passionate about resident care and building high-performing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to diverse operational challenges
  • Committed to integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement
