Enrolled Nurse (Night duty shifts, incorporating PC duties)
Established for 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s largest private owners and managers of retirement communities and aged care residences.
TriCare’s Kawana Waters Aged Care Residence, located on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking an enthusiastic permanent part time Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Our existing facility has been refurbished and we have welcomed new residents into the adjacent, exquisitely designed new building. The team is enjoying the new work environment.
TriCare is offering a minimum of 56 hours per fortnight, undertaken as night duty shifts, which may include weekend work. We have a flexible approach to planning of shifts. Additional relief shifts may be offered to supplement your minimum contracted hours.
You will report directly to the night duty Registered Nurse on shift in your designated wing. Apart from attending to the clinical, medication administration and wound care management requirements of the Enrolled Nurse role, you will also undertake personal care duties for the residents. Your work is aided by the use of our tablets and clinical management software to support best practice and to maintain excellent records.
You will enjoy:-
- Penalty rates applicable to your night shift work according to the Nurses Award 2010
- Uniform and laundry allowances; access to our corporate health and superannuation plans and eligibility for employee service recognition awards
- A real career path; access to fully funded professional development courses.
