TriCare’s Labrador Aged Care Residence, a recently refurbished 70 bed residence that is located on The Broadwater, Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced, permanent part-time Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
On offer is a minimum of 69.75 hours per fortnight, made up of varied shifts – am, pm and night shifts. TriCare’s managers are flexible and will consider your work/life balance in planning of the roster, but at the same time, we value your reliability and enthusiasm to ensure our residents receive the best quality care. Attractive penalty rates apply for any night shifts or weekend shifts included in your roster.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be the team leader on every shift, working with your personal care team to deliver a high standard of care to our residents.
Your skills, experience and attributes include the following:-
- At least 2 years’ experience in a residential aged care environment
- Knowledge in ACFI and its associated documentation
- Specialty nursing skills (advantageous)
- Experience with use of electronic clinical management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
