Registered Nurse (PPT or Casual)
Established for 50 years, TriCare is a provider of aged care and retirement communities in South East Queensland.
Kawana Waters Aged Care Residence, a luxury residence accommodating up to 162 residents, and located on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking an experienced permanent part time or casual Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration for Immediate Start.
The shifts on offer are varied (am, pm and night), however, your Manager will endeavour to accommodate your preferences. You can reap the benefits of earning additional penalty rate $$ according to the Nurses Award 2010. If you prefer to work as a casual employee, your hourly rate is boosted by 25% casual loading.
You will report to the Clinical Manager (2IC). You will be the team leader on every shift, working with your personal care team to deliver a high standard of care to our residents. All nursing employees receive a uniform and laundry allowance.
Your skills, experience and attributes include the following:-
- ≥2 years’ experience in a residential aged care environment
- Knowledge in ACFI and its associated documentation
- Specialty nursing skills (advantageous)
- Adept at using electronic clinical management systems
- Knowledge of Emprevo to publish vacant shifts to available employees (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
