Staff Recognition Awards

In 1991, TriCare introduced a Staff Recognition Awards scheme that rewards employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service. The scheme is an excellent morale initiative and is received very positively by our staff.

MBF Corporate Health Plan

TriCare has teamed up with one of Australia's leading private health funds, MBF, to create a tailored Health Plan offering you the flexibility to choose health cover that suits your needs.  Reduced rates have been negotiated for TriCare staff members, which can be paid directly from your fortnightly wages to MBF.

Grow Our Own

TriCare's fourth generation workplace agreement has seen demonstrable benefits for both staff and residents. It includes up to $100,000 per annum for an internal staff development program (Grow Our Own) to develop staff in areas to benefit residents, themselves and individual facilities.
