Staff Recognition Awards

In 1991, TriCare introduced a Staff Recognition Awards scheme that rewards employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service. The scheme is an excellent morale initiative and is received very positively by our staff.

Bupa Corporate Health Plan

TriCare has teamed up with Bupa to offer varied Corporate Health Plan covers.  This offers you the flexibility to choose the most appropriate cover for your needs.  The corporate cover premiums are at reduced rates to the retail plans.  In addition, there are corporate member exclusives and various member discounts available.

Grow Our Own

TriCare's current enterprise agreement provides for up to $100,000 per annum for a training program, called "Grow Our Own".  This training program is advantageous to residents and the workplace, and to the employees who commit to the program to enhance their career development.
