Staff Recognition Awards

In 1991, TriCare introduced a Staff Recognition Awards scheme that rewards employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service. The scheme is an excellent morale initiative and is received very positively by our staff.

Bupa Corporate Health Plan

TriCare has teamed up with Bupa to offer varied Corporate Health Plan covers.  This offers you the flexibility to choose the most appropriate cover for your needs.  The corporate cover premiums are at reduced rates to the retail plans.  In addition, there are corporate member exclusives and various member discounts available.

Grow Our Own

TriCare's fourth generation workplace agreement has seen demonstrable benefits for both staff and residents. It includes up to $100,000 per annum for an internal staff development program (Grow Our Own) to develop staff in areas to benefit residents, themselves and individual facilities.
