Every time I visit my mum at TriCare Kawana Waters Aged Care Residence, she is clean and well dressed she gets along well with all of the staff and appears to be quite happy. Instead of being in a traditional place for dementia patients which have the feel of a prison, TRICARE have a wonderful secure arrangement using a security bracelet which allows mum to wonder the complex safely. I am very happy with the care mum receives and thank the staff there for their care.
