 TriCare Mt Gravatt is looking for an Administration Officer to support the daily operations of our vibrant retirement village. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while developing your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Support the Village Manager with day-to-day operations

Help foster a respectful, welcoming and engaging environment for residents

Front reception and resident enquiries

General administration, filing and correspondence

Resident records, accounts and timesheet support

Assist with newsletters and communications

Support resident wellbeing and new resident orientation

Sales enquiry and marketing support

Emergency response coordination and basic first aid

What We’re Looking For

Strong administration and customer service experience

Excellent communication and computer skills

Professional, organised and confidential in approach

Experience in retirement living, aged care or service industries (desirable)

First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
