TriCare Hayville Retirement Village is on the lookout for a Part-Time Administration Officer to help keep things running smoothly in our friendly retirement community in Box Hill, Victoria. Nestled on 12 acres of lovely grounds with beautiful views of the Dandenong Ranges, Hayville is a great place to work and connect with others.
This role is for 39 hours per fortnight and is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, being part of a close-knit team, and making a real difference in people’s day-to-day lives. You’ll be joining a supportive, purpose-driven environment where your work truly matters.
What You’ll Do
• Front‑office support and customer service for residents, families and visitors
• Managing phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Preparing letters, forms and basic reports
• Updating resident records and maintaining accurate files
• Assisting with maintenance requests and contractor bookings
• Supporting village events, meetings and communications
• General office duties including filing, data entry and stock control
• Providing administrative support to the Village Manager
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive approach
• Comfortable interacting with older residents
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage competing tasks and work independently
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in aged care, retirement living or hospitality is helpful but not required
•Previous experience with Canva.
