Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a clinical manager in a permanent full-time position. As the Clinical Manager, you will lead clinical governance at our residence, working closely with the Facility Manager. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while fostering a positive clinical work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.
- Utilize technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum three years of aged care experience (preferred)
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Proficiency in using computers and technology
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience in coaching and training clinical employees
- Additional qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
- Satisfactory Police Clearance Certificate as per the Aged Care Act 1997

About you:
