Facility Manager

Established for over 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s leading privately owned and managed retirement communities and aged care residences.

Located in the beautiful Gold Coast, TriCare’ s Mermaid Beach Aged Care Residence, has a renowned reputation for providing high quality care within the industry.  We are currently recruiting for an experienced aged care Management Professional to work as our Facility Manager in a full-time capacity.  

Role overview: 

The ideal candidate would be a progressive, energetic leader with a strong clinical/healthcare management background and operational management experience. 

The role would be responsible for the overall effective management of the residence, ensuring the delivery of premium clinical care, maintenance of standards, promotion of a positive work environment and operational efficiency. They will oversee the management of physical resources, ensure the maximisation of revenue and adherence to accreditation standards and delivery of care, and effectively manage the administration and hiring process.

  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience leading multiple functions with the workplace
