TriCare is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to deliver our marketing strategy and boost customer engagement, lead generation, sales, occupancy and performance across the TriCare portfolio of Aged Care and Retirement Living.
About the Role
You will coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the TriCare brand and delivers measurable results.
Working closely with internal teams and contractors, you’ll play a key role in boosting occupancy, sales performance, and brand awareness.
Based at TriCare’s Head Office (Mt Gravatt) when required, this is a Part time permanent in office role and includes some travel to TriCare sites across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
Develop engaging content for digital and print channels
Coordinate local marketing initiatives and product campaigns
Manage marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital assets)
Support PR, events, partnerships and brand initiatives
Manage SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
Oversee EDM campaigns, automation and inbound marketing
Optimise campaigns to drive leads and ROI
Coordinate digital advertising for property/unit sales
Assist with open days, expos, and community events
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors
Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI
Support budget planning and track marketing spend
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience across the full marketing mix
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales environment
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, EDM, inbound and content marketing
Proven ability to execute successful campaigns end-to-end
Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Web editing or basic programming skills (desirable)
Experience launching products (advantageous)
