TriCare Cypress Gardens Retirement Community resident, Alf Cumberland, celebrated his 100th birthday earlier this month with more than 130 friends and well wishers.
“My longevity I put down to being active. I’ve never been one to sit around. And my Stephanie. I couldn’t have made my hundred years what it was without my Stephanie,” said Mr Cumberland.
